Salmon with Sautéed Broccoli & Mushrooms
- 2 Salmon fillets
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- 1/2 broccoli head
- 1/2 pack chestnut mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove (grated)
Cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the mushrooms.
Sauté the vegetables in olive oil with grated/pressed garlic until tender.
Season with salt.
Salt the salmon fillets and pan-fry in olive oil for about 2 minutes per side.
Serve together.
