Crispy Seed Crackers
Thin and crispy crackers packed with seeds
- 2 dl water
- 1/2 dl pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 dl flax seeds
- 1/2 dl sunflower seeds
- 1/2 dl sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 dl corn flour
- 1/2 dl extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt
Mix all ingredients into a dough.
Spread thinly onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 150°C for about 1–1.5 hours until dry and crispy.
Let cool and break into smaller pieces.
