Crispy Seed Crackers

Thin and crispy crackers packed with seeds

  • 2 dl water
  • 1/2 dl pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 dl flax seeds
  • 1/2 dl sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 dl sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 dl corn flour
  • 1/2 dl extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt
  1. Mix all ingredients into a dough.

  2. Spread thinly onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  3. Bake in the middle of the oven at 150°C for about 1–1.5 hours until dry and crispy.

  4. Let cool and break into smaller pieces.
