Oven-Roasted Sweet Potatoes Fries

Crispy sweet potatoes fries roasted in the oven

  • 4 Sweet potatoes
  • 1 Garlic clove (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1-2 tsp Lemon juice
  • Thyme (dry)
  • Salt

  1. Preheat oven to 250°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Scrub the sweet potatoes and cut into fries.

  3. Place on tray, drizzle with olive oil, honey, and lemon juice.

  4. Add salt, thyme, and garlic.

  5. Toss and spread evenly.

  6. Roast for 10 minutes then turn oven off and let rest in oven heat for 10-15 min.
