Oven-Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Soft and caramelized sweet potatoes roasted in the oven

  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Scrub and halve the sweet potatoes.

  3. Place on the tray and rub with olive oil, salt, and optional garlic powder.

  4. Place cut side down.

  5. Spread evenly and roast for 30–45 minutes until soft.

Pairs well with meat and fish dishes.
