Salmon with Sautéed Broccoli & Mushrooms

  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1/2 broccoli head
  • 1/2 pack chestnut mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove (grated)
  1. Cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the mushrooms.

  2. Sauté the vegetables in olive oil with grated/pressed garlic until tender.

  3. Season with salt.

  4. Salt the salmon fillets and pan-fry in olive oil for about 2 minutes per side.

  5. Serve together.
