Sichuan Broccoli
Aromatic broccoli with toasted Sichuan pepper
- 1 head broccoli
- 3 tbsp butter or ghee
- 1 tbsp toasted Sichuan pepper
- Sea salt
Toast the Sichuan pepper in a dry pan and crush coarsely using a mortar.
Cut the broccoli into florets.
Sauté in butter or ghee until slightly tender.
Sprinkle over the Sichuan pepper and season with sea salt to taste.
Serve as a starter or side dish.
