Tzatziki

Fresh and creamy cucumber yogurt sauce

  • 1 cucumber (grated)
  • 1000 g Greek yogurt
  • 3 garlic cloves (grated)
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil (for serving)
  1. Cut the cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds.

  2. Grate and squeeze out excess liquid.

  3. Add the cucumber to a bowl with yogurt, garlic, vinegar, and dill.

  4. Mix well and season with salt and black pepper.

  5. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top before serving.

Pairs well with meat and fish dishes.
